Paul and Sarah were very helpful throughout our stay. Great breakfast served too! Lovely guest houses built and maintained. Truly a good place to relax and take off your mind off work.

Biggin Hall Hotel is a 3 star AA rated historic Grade II listed house of 17th Century origin with an AA awarded 1 rosette restaurant. It is set within 8 acres of grounds. The property is situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park, 1,000 feet above sea level, in peaceful open countryside. We travelled to Derbyshire to visit chatworth house and booked at the hotel very last minute. We was very impressed with how we were welcomed on our arrival by very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and we were provided with a free bottle of beer and Prosecco which was a nice surprise. We also didn’t expect to receive a free packed lunch to take with us even though we only stayed for one night.

Sladen Lodge is situated in Hathersage, 15 km from Chatsworth House, 23 km from FlyDSA Arena, and 25 km from Buxton Opera House. This country house features free private parking and a housekeeping service. The country house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Cozy and beds were massive and i loved having a bath with shower overhead because of my disabilities standing in a shower can be hard but i loved that I didn’t have to worry about that at this property

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Joan is a fabulous host and she works very hard to keep all the guests happy. Dannah Farm Country House is the perfect blend of luxury and homeliness. Our suite came with a private sauna and a massive hot tub, bedroom with four poster bed, dining area and lounge. The attention to detail in each room was amazing. The breakfast is delightful, made with fresh ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to get back soon.

Set in the beautiful Dovedale Valley, The Izaak Walton is a 17th-century hotel with spectacular views across the Derbyshire countryside, known for its fishing streams, a log fireplace in the front hotel lounge and an additional log fireplace with traditional oak beamed ceilings in the Bar area. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The hotel is positioned amongst stunning Derbyshire countryside and exudes classic English elegance and charm. The gentleman who managed the evening dining in the bar and breakfast room was professional and friendly. Thank you for the exceptional stay....it certainly exceeded all expectations.
