Breakfast was lovingly prepared personally and individually for us with fresh berries, fresh croissants, a variety of cheeses and cured meats. The rooms are truly exceptional and the bathroom is simply mind blowing! Great location, quiet yet very central.

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean restaurant, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna and hammam, and the terrace facing the lake. This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

This is low key luxury and quality hospitality in the heart of Geneva. The rooms are extraordinarily comfortable and quiet. The service is consistently good - we have stayed here many times now and would happily return.

Personnel extraordinarily friendly, helpful and professional. Spare room for bikes. Located in the heart of Thonon, but in a quiet yard (though there may be rooms to the street side. No luxury. Simple, but very clean. TV and water boiler in room.
Quiet and peaceful but a bit far out of town but were offered free transport tickets and airport/hotel transfers.
Location, location, location. Perfect location for both leisure and business. Step out of the hotel into luxury shops. It is short walk to the lake. Lovely reception area, lounge and terrace. Loved the morning sun on the terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a large luggage storage area. The room is super quiet. It's compact but not cramped. Very comfy bed. You are able to open the outside window shutters from a switch in the room.
This hotel is very close to the metro station and makes it easy to visit around. There was a great view from our window and it is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and there is a lot of variety.

The chateau is in a beautiful location especially if you enjoy peace and quiet also hiking. There are beautiful views of the lake and wonderful gardens to enjoy. I was there to attend an art and writing seminar it was ideal to spend a peaceful evening there beforehand. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Close by in the village of Celigny I had a lovely lunch in a Thai restaurant. I would definitely stay again.
