- Location was fantastic. Close distance to both deserts.
- Really helpful staff who organised taxis and transport for us. They were very attentive and even offered facilities to clean our shoes when they could see us struggling to clean them!
- Lunch and breakfast are basic but they are really affordable.
- Chill atmosphere and lots of areas to chill in the heat.
- Rooms are rustic but perfect for what you pay for and have fans available.

Perfectly close to and in the desert, but luxury to us. We had a room that was actually a large tent but perfect with a little air conditioner we had to turn off because it was too cold. Perfect breakfast typical with fruit and actually good coffee which was a pleasant surprise. It was a shared bathroom, but there aren't that many rooms and it was always clean. They have they're own little store for drinks and snacks too. The best part was them hooking us up with the observatory and learning about all the stars at night. Best time in Tatacoa and I've visited before like most of us de Huila.

The service helped me a lot as I arrived at 4am in the morning (there were only certain busconnections available). The service is very nice and flexible, they have a lot of understanding for specific situations and will always help you out. The room is great. It has everything you need, its clean, quiet and has a good and quiet aircon. For the price unbelievably good! The pool is also nice.
Very quiet and comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and sweet. Breakfast is delicious and sufficient. I would definitely come back.
At one with nature, birds, quiet, a chance to unwind and be at rest. The "houses" are far enough apart to have privacy. The pool uses naturally thermal waters in the oasis of the hotel base, where lots of different species of birds can be seen. Great food served by happy people.
Very friendly staff, breakfast is nothing spectacular but still very tasty. You're sleeping in the middle of the desert, in the nature. Nice spot to watch stars at night, it is extremely quiet during the night. Pool was also nice and clean.
Nice setting around a courtyard type garden and pool at the back. The room was quiet and spacious and breakfast is included. The staff were helpful in telling me what tours were avaialble or how I could get to the desert on my own. It's the first place I've stayed on this trip were the rooms were cleaned every day without asking
Lovely spot in the Tatacoa desert - so peaceful to be somewhere so remote. Breakfast was nice here too and we got to try an indigenous hot chocolate type drink too! Also love the eco friendliness!
Lovely and quiet hotel right in the desert. Cook food but ask what time it finishes.
Super friendly staff, they were really welcoming and booked us a private tuk tuk for a tour of the desert. Breakfast was basic but delicious - scrambled eggs with tomato and onion was lovely! Nice terraced area, comfy beds and good aircon. Great location for restaurants in the town/access to the desert. Also super quiet!
Very friendly and helpful staff. It seems to be a family run business. AC was good and quiet, bed comfortable. A nice place to relax after hiking in the desert.
