Lovely time with Steffie and Johnny, in their lovely house, with a stunning view of the dam. We enjoyed the wonderful boat trip on the dam, the peaceful and beautiful landscape, delicious and friendly dinners. Nights are so quiet, it is perfect for relaxing moments out of town.
Stunning little cottage to escape to. Very quiet and peaceful with no one else in sight. No electricity but solar panels provide lights and a fridge. Great place to braai in between the rocks. Will definitely return. Helpful, friendly host.
Such a lovely place! It's very quiet and peaceful here and the stream invites for a swim on a hot day. The hosts were all super friendly and welcoming. The cottage is quite big and had everything one needs.
Very reliant on wifi though as depending the service provider, there's is no network out there.
The hosts were really nice, helped us with everything and gave us advice for hiking/climbing/food etc. The common kitchen is fully equiped and with a lovely view, there is also a fireplace to use. Location is peaceful and quiet, nice garden. The host even lent us crashpads for bouldering. Would 100% recommend visiting.
Beautiful, quirky, meandering garden. Though centrally located allowing us to walk to local restaurants with ease; it was quiet and peaceful allowing us to relax.
We loved everything of Boskloof Swemgat. The peacefulness, tranquillity, the hiking trail on the mountain was amazing. A special thank you to Denville. He made sure that we were comfortable and made sure we had enough wood etc. and was of great assistance when needed.
