Great homestay and very nice host. The room is clean and comfortable, in a very cute fisherman’s village. Access to snorkelling and a beautiful wild beach if you are ready to go adventuring on rocks. Amazing food, I recommend the seafood barbecue, one of my best seafood meal ever.

Very clean comfortable. Nice pool, excellent lounge area facing fields and river. Pretty views. Breakfast was amazing in terms of quality and variety. Easy 10 - 15 min walk from the crazy charm and things to see in old Hoi An, but much quieter and peaceful at the hotel. Our favorite stay in 2 months of travel. Had a room facing the rice fields, beautiful.

It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely pool that was never busy, served a good range of food for breakfast and was very well located for restaurants night life and the old town. The real selling point for this villa is the staff. ‘My’ the owner is excellent, speaks good English and goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need, including restaurant recommendations and tours. I will certainly be recommending Santorin Villas to friends who are looking for good, clean well priced hotels with friendly local staff.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, tiles, wood, fabrics. The bed was very comfortable. The location is just a few minutes walk from the old town walking by the river. At night is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious with local specialties that change every day. There is a complementary shuttle to the beach. The staff is most attentive and helpful. Jasmine at the SPA was amazing. I wished I could have stayed longer.

The villa is so romantic and peaceful. The room is luxury with the amazing river view. Breakfast in every morning is delicious. The pool is excellent, I can stay in there whole day. That look so peaceful and relaxing. The staff is really friendly and so cute. I will recommend to our family when they travel Viet Nam next year.

New clean modern facilities, quiet location with pleasant countryside field views. Friendly and helpful staff english speaking. Continental breakfast provided. Cycles (basic) and scooters available to use to explore area and cycle into Hoi An town or nearby beach village. Recommend you don't use the cycles at night as no reflective/lights provided so use 'Grab' for scooter or taxi instead. Fast laundery service.

On the positive side, the size of the villa was impressive, offering ample space and comfort. The breakfast selection was extensive, providing a perfect start to the day. The amusement park was a hit with the kids, adding a fun element to our stay. Additionally, the hotel's quiet location contributed to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated.

Location was great. Peaceful & quiet, surrounded by rice paddies & prawn farms, yet only a 10 minute ride on (free) bicycle to the Ancient Town or the beautiful beaches. Only a 3 or 4 dollar cab ride to the main part of the town. Staff were eager to help with anything. Rooms very clean, delicious buffet breakfasts that would meet anyone's tastes or dietary concerns, nice pool & seating area. The room layouts were exactly as all hotel rooms should be.

Great experience the two honours are just lovely , we were very well treated and advised, the accommodation it’s so peaceful and clean I recommend at 100% if you are looking to be quiet it is the right place I will surely go back if i go back to Hoi An.
