A small gem just outside Elvas! Beautiful house and rooms. We were very well received and had one of the best dinners on our trip! Real homemade local food at its best. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.The hostess/owner was so friendly and you immediately felt at home.

    Peaceful quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing. Gòod value and easy to find, just trust sat nav when turn of main road, not exactly sign posted prominently. Stayed one night travelling through but would be happy to return for short break. Old quinta charm, not modern concrete box.

    We had a lovely stay, spacious quiet room overlooking the beautiful gardens and in a peaceful rural location. The gardens and land wrap around the property offering delightful walks with lovely views. It was very convenient to the motorway (but some way off so no noise at all) and only a short drive from the fascinating sights of Elvas. Particularly delicious breakfast with homemade bread and cake! Our hosts were very welcoming.

    It's hard to fault the service and attention to detail given here. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care that your stay is as good as can be. The bathroom was beautiful, the beds are amazing and the pillows are out of this world. The location is only a few kilometres from Elvas, so reasonably easy access to the town and the Spanish border. It is set in the countryside with very little around making it very quiet and relaxing. We were extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend.
