    Fantastic location, right in the center of the city yet quiet and peaceful. You can walk everywhere and trams are a minute away. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only laneway which is full of great little cafes and eateries.

    Great location right by the harbour side. Close to bars, restaurants and transport links but still quiet and peaceful with amazing views. New modern style apartment in perfect condition.

    Location was great. Peaceful and quiet. Ponsonby Rd with cafes and restaurants was at top of the street. Room was quite big with very comfortable bed. Everything provided: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, etc. Not the usual hotel selection but ecostore brand which was nice. Desk, lamp, ironing board. The hosts were really pleasant and very helpful, especially when I was trying to jam stuff into the fridge.

    The location is excellent with a fabulous mall/food court one block away. Initially, we were wondering if the motorway would be noisy, but double glazing meant that the unit was cozy, quiet, and peaceful. It was super clean, great facilities for cooking, resting and awesome shower!

    Everything was clean and comfortable, we were upgraded as soon as we arrived, the food was excellent and good value, the bar staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is of luxury, with an amazing view of the sky tower at night from the atrium bar. I would recommend, and we will visit again. The room was quiet and peaceful. Parking was reasonable, and so convenient.

    we received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The room was newly fully renovated. The room was spotless and very clean. The bedding and towels were clean and luxurious. The harbour is right across the carpark. Nice peaceful walk in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful. But also very close shops.

    The hotel is private, quiet, and has an understated luxury. Staff are very helpful, energetic, and attentive. The restaurant staff are friendly, conversant, and knowledgeable and offer a fantastic experience. The rooms and bathrooms are luxurious.
