Our breakfast was perfect and that home made hazelnut cake was delicious! Such a beautiful area, just ten minutes from Lago Di Vico, where we swam in the morning then had lunch in the incredible medieval town of Ronciglione. So many great places to see nearby!

Lovely place to stay, the property is about 2,5 acre (1ha) and completely fenced off, so perfect for dogs (although there are cats at the property). Giulia, the owner is lovely and super friendly. You'll have everything you need for your stay, a fully equipped kitchen, good beds, there's even a washing machine available. Very good value for money and just overall a wonderful place to stay. Nice and quiet area too.

Even though the accommodation is tucked away in a side street, in a quiet area, one can easily tour the surrounding villages. It is surrounded by greenery, and it also has a pool. The owner is a nice gentleman.
The house is tastefully decorated. Apart from the decor, one cannot notice the cleanliness. It was spotless, and a pity that we had to use it! 😅

Although the location was a little way out of town, it was in a quiet residential area. It did not take long to walk to the main area in the town. The room was clean, bright and well equipped with full size soap and shampoo dispensers rather than minuscule bars of soap. Friendly and helpful proprietor.
Everything - location was excellent for hiking the Via Francigena. Angelo, our host was amazing booking us into a local restaurant and collecting us from a nearby cafe when we couldn’t get reception on our phone to confirm our check in. Lovely apartment with everything you need and supermarket a few minutes walk. One of the best places we stayed at in the six and a half weeks of our trip.
The location was delightful, surrounded by an olive grove, so peaceful but just off a main road and well signed. We were upgraded to a beautiful house on the site, as our booked accommodation had a problem with the water supply. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and his mother, who took care of us and cooked us a delicious evening meal. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing after a hot day on the roads.
Wonderful place, extremely clean and the host was super kind. My husband has a gluten intolerance and the host has provided gluten free crackers and bread for breakfast.
Perfect for children, lots of space to play but also for adults for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The hand made jams and cakes were delicious as well as the ham.

The owner was fun and very kind. She made us coffee when we arrived and made us a lovely dinner - accommodating our dietary preferences. The place is in the countryside among olive trees and is quiet and pretty. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was fine. We felt secure leaving our bicycles outside.
