The Junior Suite, located in the Medieval Castle, was impressive. It had natural lighting and a small outdoor garden. The castle is very quiet and a few steps away from the spa and massage area. Staff is very helpful, polite and professional and did their best to change room types.

Silvia is very friendly and helpful - our hire car was defective and she helped us sort this out, taking us to a local mechanic and then to a garage which sold the additive we needed.
The property was excellent - very peaceful, lots of space, lovely clean pool, and enough decent kitchen equipment to cook meals. Need a car to explore the area/get to restaurants etc.

Nice owner-lady. Offered me a room on the back side of the property with a seperate entrance to my room from a quiet side.street. For me and my bike very comfortable - I did not even unload my bike to enter the room(s). Rooms well furnished, and eqiped, containing all the staff you need for a short or long stay.
By the way, I am terrible sorry for my previous (bad) rating, mistaking wonderfull Residenza SantEmiliano with a B&B I stayed before!!!
Good value and very pleasant property and host Eduardo. A short walk into the town to explore and eat. Just the job for a one night stop on a road trip through Umbria. Quiet and with a nice view.
The place does not have the luxury we expected based on the pics, but the staff, restaurant (including sunset view), vicinity of medieval Trevi compensates a lot.
Fantastic room beautifully furnished in what was the Cardinal's Palace. The windows offered great views of the Umbrian countryside. Trevi is an ancient town perched on a hill and is well worth a visit. Also a good stop for walkers on the Via Francesca.
Located in the hilly conuntriside in immediate proximity of Trevi. A perfect base to explore the beautiful area of Spoleto and neighbouring little gems. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is great. The dinner experience sublime. The atmosphere relaxed and family friendly. The rooms are not luxurious but they are of a high standard, very well mantained and thouroughly cleaned every day by a very friendly staff. The swimming pool and jacuzzis are enjoyable, never too busy.
We spent a wonderful week at La pintura and enjoyed the very family atmosphere and the great and quiet location overlooking Trevi.
Ideal place to visit Assisi, Montefalco, Spello and other cities.
