Fabulous set of apartments in very quiet small village, above a deli shop/cafe. Owners are absolutely wonderful hosts - stayed open late for us to eat lunch, made us special breakfast items for the kids, switched on the fridge for us.
Set in a renovated 19th-century stone house, Casa Boschetto is surrounded by a garden with summer pool. The property has wood-beamed ceilings and parquet floors.

The panoramic view, all the facilities, the great choice of activities and the rooms. Lovely place and kind stuff.

The heating and WiFi were turned off at arrival. The lady who welcomed us seemed very uninterested and that might be a good reason she didnt notice it before our arrival. We turned on the heating ourselves after realising this problem an hour later. Unfortunatly it took a few hours to get the place comfortably warm. The WiFi was turned on later when (by coincidence?) an handyman arrived and probably realised the same.
They had no waterboiler and weirdly enough ther was a free bottle of wine, but no wineglasses.
Structural problems were the very narrow shower (my nose was about 10cm from the door) and the electicity socket directly above the stoven. In the Netherlands this is illegal as a building safety hazard. (We checked)

The beautiful village of Cesi & Molina Del Duca are a perfect combination. It's such a beautiful part of Umbria. We stayed here as a base to visit Cascate Delle Marmore. This is a fabulous B&B. Our room was large, comfy bed, great air conditioning as it was hot, wonderful pool area & fabulous restaurant. Parking was easy too in a designated car park. Breakfast was great with eggs cooked to order. The staff were seriously amazing. We needed to see a GP to get some AB's for my husband who had a chest infection after getting covid 2 weeks earlier....as foreigners this was difficult. Pasquale the owner went above & beyond to find us one & we were so grateful. If I could score higher I would. We look forward to returning soon.

The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Beautiful residence. Lovely large bedroom, with views over the countryside. The roof top terrace was a real bonus. Chiara was so helpful, shared information ahead of our stay and recommendations on where to eat. So many lovely restaurants in Todi
Perfect location right on the square which was easy to get to using the free shuttle bus from a parking lot below the city. Beautiful house with great views and large terrace. Spacious and luxurious room with a clean bathroom. Good breakfast with personal service. Super friendly host who helped us book a table at a restaurant the same night we arrived.
Beautiful place, just felt like your own private special home. The grounds were so special with a beautiful swimming pool, during our stay I was the only person using it. The food was delicious and nothing was to much for the very friendly staff. Mozart was great entertainment and we loved chatting to him each day.
This place is a little slice of luxury and tranquillity. Thank you.
We absolutely loved Borgo Petroro for many reasons - it's fabulous location in the middle of the beautiful, quiet Umbrian countryside, it's amazing historical and clean visual appeal, the relaxing garden and other lovely areas to sit, the bikes to hire for a wonderful safe ride with amazing views, the great breakfast with plenty of variety, the castle cat, our enormous suite, the most enjoyable evening meals and the very attentive, friendly restaurant manager Mansour!!
Breakfast was delicious, particularly the home-made granola and cake. The bedroom was airy and attractive, with beautiful beams, and a wonderful view over the Umbrian countryside. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night. We enjoyed being able to sit and read in the garden, and enjoy the view down into the valley. Maria gave us very good recommendations for local restaurants and advice about shops.
Room was amazing, incredible views of surrounding countryside, bed was very comfy, very quiet area of the town but only 5 minute walk from centre, highly recommend
Beautiful spacious rooms in an enchanting setting. Incredible views of the countryside. Very peaceful location. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and our room was upgraded to a royal suite with jacuzzi. This gesture was very appreciated and made our stay extra special.
