Location was proximal to city adventures with the bonus of waking to a rooster crow. The house is impeccably clean...seriously, it would pass a white glove test with flying colors. Kitchen is fully stocked and inviting with lovely family room adjoining. Both bathrooms are pristine with no hot water issues or anything. There is a sitting room in the front with games, books, and toys for guests enjoyment. Outside the windows, you are welcomed with rolling Tuscan countryside views including a vineyard, the beautiful town of Miniato, and gorgeous foliage. I have only one complaint...that I can't move in and own this amazing house 🤣 Quick facts: 25 minute drive to a Villa Constanza Tram Station that has parking. From the station, it is a 20 min tram ride to the city center. San Miniato is THE truffle location.

Warm welcome - although we arrived late evening, due to a delayed flight, the hosts were ready and waiting for us (after giving directions by WhatsApp) to show us to the apartment and explain the location. Great location - from here you can drive to Pisa, Lucca and Siena all within 1 hour. There is a Lidl in the local town Castelfiorentino which is just 15 mins away, which also has a train station with regular service to Florence (takes 45-50 mins) which we’d recommend as driving/parking in Florence is difficult. Perfect surroundings- for walking, exploring, wildlife (owls, deers, birds of prey) and magical Tuscan sunsets!
