Beautiful scenery. Vineyards everywhere.30 minutes from great swim lake. 1 hour from warm sea and great beach. 2 hours from Rome and Siena. Front desk lady was great. Very friendly and helpful and always in good spirits. Doesn't speak English but engages in Google Translate conversations. Our room was excellent with two balconies. There were farm animals. Puppies. Pool and hot tub.

The place is magical and very relaxing I wish I stayed longer to e joy it fully. Giorgio is super friendly and very pleasant so are the services staff. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home. Will see me again!

I was in the attic room accommodation. Great size for a solo traveller. Angled roof so if you’re tall, this room may not be comfortable for you. The room included a kitchenette (fridge, sink, stove top, and cooking equipment). Plenty of storage for clothes and a large bathroom. The accommodation was in a lush and peaceful location. Sitting by the pool reading my book in the afternoons was a highlight. The breakfast served was lovely - plenty of options to suit everyone. The scrambled eggs were my favourite. The host was receptive with Comms via WhatsApp.

Very friendly staff. Spacious room, very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. The property has different types of accommodation in old building and renovated. We stayed in the renovated but had a small tour to see the older part where there is also a beautiful church. The locations is very convenient to see Bagnioreggio, Orvieto and other beautiful towns nearby.
