    The location was fantastic, all amenities were on the doorstep, it could not have been in a better location. The apartment was beautifully appointed and considering it was right in the centre of town, very quiet and peaceful. Dale the host was always available if required, but we did not need to contact him during our stay as everything was already provided.

    Beautiful property with plenty of space for our two young families. Nice and close to the Blackpool attractions but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet after a busy day.

    Arrived boxing day for 1 night, Sarah was very welcoming everything was perfect and Christmassy was a lovely little hotel with everything we needed. Was very quiet and peaceful just what i wanted fantastic sleep would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning back in the future. Thanks Sarah. Lovely to meet you. Happy new year 🎉

    The apartment was so beautifully decorated and really comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! The hosts made us feel really welcome and we had everything we needed. The location was great, right in the centre of Lytham St Anne’s, near to shops and restaurants but it was quiet and peaceful too.

    Clean and tidy. Very comfortable pillows and mattresses. Lovely rear garden. Easy reach of town centre, windmill and the front. Wine, chocs and milk was a nice touch. Owners easy to get hold of. Really felt like a home away from home - nicely furnished, quiet area and peaceful. Definitely hope to come again as we only have slight niggles - it was absolutely lovely 😍 👌 👍
