A nice secluded property. Lots of room to spread out as it still holds the spaciousness of an old grand mansion. Comfortable bed, with beautiful views into the garden. A gorgeous sitting room with grand windows looking out to the garden and the city beyond. I was fortunate to meet one of the residents who was able to show me a short cut to walk into the city where I could find ample places to eat too. As I had a car, I was able to park on the property and drove back out onto the countryside each day with no hassles of city traffic.

Like staying in yours own lakeside mansion. Staff were fabulous and the hotel was perfect. A Short drive out of Inverness and very peaceful. Highly Recommended

This was a great choice of hotel to stay in. Rooms were very big and spacious, so quiet and peaceful. Facilities were excellent too ,swimming pool, gym sauna, and steam room. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was great , and there was a good menu .Enjoyed everything I ate. Breakfast, so much choice. Loved it. Also had some treatments at the spa,highly recommended ,again staff were so lovely. Treatments were excellent. This is one hotel I will definitely come back to.

The apartment was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The location was perfect for exploring Inverness and Ness Islands. It was quiet and peaceful too!

Luxurious, clean and quiet home. Very, very comfortable beds! Good access to public transport. Our host was very kind and accommodating and even put some basic food in for us after a long Journey. She was very helpful with all our questions and answered very quickly! We are so satisfied with the place and with Julia! ❤️

The apartment has everything thing that you could need and is in an ideal spot for exploring Inverness but is quiet and peaceful. It is really comfortable and well-funished and the kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. Sylvie and Brian have added thoughtful touches and were ready to answer any questions and give suggestions for where to eat and drink locally. We would certainly go back. Highly recommended.
