Nothing. This hotel is a complete fraud. We were notified that self check-in instructions would be available on booking when we landed. We NEVER received the instructions for late arrival. We arrived at the property at 11:30 at night. It was very dark, no one was there and there was no answering of the doorbell nor via phone. We called the property number at least 10 times. This was a very frightening situation; in the dark, with luggage, in a strange place. In desperation, 30 minutes later we decided to look for another hotel. We paid for the other hotel. In the morning we returned to the property. Again no one was there and no one answered the phone so we booked a second night at the other hotel as we could not take a chance on ending up with no hotel. It is a joke that the next day at 9:44 am we received a photo of the outside of the hotel in the dark, no video instructions, no phone call, no information. We do not wish this experience on anyone else and expect a full refund.

This gorgeous castle is a real gem. it’s absolutely beautiful and the history has been so well preserved and beautifully maintained and presented. Our rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, with beautiful modern washrooms and luxurious towels and linens. The restaurant was delicious and the service was professional and knowledgeable. The hotel staff and management were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We loved our stay here. The nearby village has a very lovely atmospheric pub and restaurant as well.

The location is really nice ,a lot of places to visit in area very close to London as well. The Garth is beautiful lovely swimming pool and hot tub. And the garden is outstanding so much to look at children would love it.
