    Located in a quiet street, the property was very tastefully decorated, well stocked and so very comfortable. Location is everything and the cottage was only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes more to a lovely High Street. The garden matched up to the cottage and we spent some peaceful moments relaxing there listening to the waves of the sea. Delighted to find a good selection of books in the property too. One of the most comfortable, cleanest cottages we have ever stayed in during our many years of holiday rentals.

    Nice comfortable B&B for a two night stay, short drive away from Deal. Offered freshly cooked pub grub and very generous helpings. Breakfast was great too and very reasonably priced. Bedroom was spotless with everything for comfortable stay. Quiet location in lovely countryside. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

    Lovely ground floor room with it's own entrance. Convenient self-check in with excellent instructions and detailed communications with host Neil throughout. Peaceful location in quiet residential area with a parking space in the driveway. A stone's throw from the seafront and town centre with several eateries. i-Deal ( ; - ) to explore the local sites & within easy reach of the ferry port.

    It was a lovely cosy cottage. Great location. Very quiet and nice and dark when went to bed. We had a lovely peaceful stay. Loved the big bath and the nice long sofa.

    The room (number 14 fisherman's rest) was good and large, the bed was comfortable had a really good night's sleep, the bathroom was nice and spacious, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet in the small hours and had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Really liked the clean and tidy nature of the hotel corridors and all the lovely maritime names used on all of the guest doors. Looking forward to staying there again in the new year!

    Perfect location, and despite being right on the front the room was quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed, large room and all the amenities you could want. Would recommend and also plan to return.

    Very nice pub in lovely countryside just outside Deal run by friendly hosts. In a quiet location, it has a large outside terrace/garden area and more than ample parking. The quite modern room was very comfortable and had good tea/coffee making facilities, and the bathroom, although not large, functioned well. Breakfast was excellent, although it was a shame we could not try dinner as no food is served in the evening on Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall a lovely place to stay.

    I loved the elegant decor of the property, and the quiet secluded location. It was only a short drive from Deal, but felt like it was deep in the countryside. It was very good value for the luxurious standard of accommodation, and Helga is a very friendly and welcoming hostess.
