The house is surrounded by nature, a river runs 100 yards away from it… with basically no one using it… it is quiet, with a couple hiking paths around it, going to the nearest villages, passing a couple Roman bridges. The area can be hot in summer but the hosts did have ventilators in the room. The hosts were extremely welcoming. The night I was there, a couple of “regular” guests was there as well and we all had dinner together, great atmosphere… (please note the hosts only speak Spanish).

This was a wonderful stay. We came to see the village and the cathedral. We were greeted in the street and our host helped us park, showed us the apartment, and reminded us of the entrance time for the cathedral tour. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed to stay. We also ate at one of the restaurants in town - delicious! The views from every room are worth the stop. Clean, quiet... just lovely.
