The property itself was just amazing. The beautiful gardens to walk around. The pool with a beautiful sunset. Amazing breakfast that changed daily. daily room cleaning. lots of talkative chickens on site. Lots of outdoor seating infront and in back. washroom availbe next to pool. Honestly it was a perfect stay. even vending machines with food and alcohol for late night snack. It had everything you needed. I really loved this place. Away from the main tourist areas, with great hiking paths close by. A big and nice apartment, enough stores around, and perfect especially if you have a car. I was without a car but it worked well regardless. Wonderful peaceful place.

The Place Is super cozy, very well location just a few minutes walking from Laguna's historic centre. The staff we met has been lovely, very attentive and always available (she would prepare fresh omelette for us every morning!). We received proper room cleaning everyday. Getting to the place itself was easy to find. There is a paying parking just one street away, but we were lucky enough to always find street parking for free (sometimes maybe waiting a few minutes but nothing insane). The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
I spent several nights at the perfectly located Casita for hiking in the Teide National Park and surroundings and was taking the public transport which is just next to it. Communication was very easy and it's a place to really enjoy silence because it's a bit off the big streets and traffic. I can highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to discover the Orotava Valley and National Park and yet loves to have a quiet surrounding.
For an early ride or walk to Teide mountain, before the masses of coastal tourists arrive (highly recommended), the Parador is the one and only place to stay. The location is ideal for any kind of hiking in the fantastic Las Cañas del Teide landscape. The personnel is professional and very friendly, namely the ladies who are cleaning the rooms and the waiters. The rooms are spacious and very quiet.
The hostel is an old cozy house situated on the top of the hills of La Orotava, a beautiful historical city 20 min by bus from Puerto de la Cruz. This is a very lively and also quiet hostel, centrally located and perfect for those who want to explore the Nordic coast and its villages, or go hiking to the Vulcan Teide. Elias is a wonderful and kind host with great love for the island and its culture!
We loved our stay at Casa Anaelia. After a few days in busier areas it was a beautiful peaceful haven in the mountains. There are beautiful views of Teide within walking distance and also by car (first stop was 11 minutes away and we went for sunset).
Furthermore, we were happy to rest and relax in Casa Anaelia because it was such a quiet and peaceful place. We wish we had booked more days! Our host, Andres, was available for communication at all times and was helpful and kind.

Fabulous location , extremely quiet and peaceful. Exceptional views of the sea and sunset. Definitely need a car as there are no shops or transport nearby.. Lovely garden and pool area.
If you're seeking a peaceful area to take a deep breath of fresh air, this place is fantastic. It's extremely calm and the neighbors are few and quiet, located quite a distance from the home.
The garden boasts a natural setting and is home to many small birds. Despite the altitude, the temperature in March was warm.
Close by, there are paths that lead to a pine forest in the area, which you can explore. Every evening, there is a magnificent sunset that you can enjoy.

It is a small family place with a pleasant atmosphere and only handful of rooms.

The Alhambra has the allure of luxury hotel but also the feeling of a bed&breakfast due to the homely atmosphere and the friendly host. Our room was quiet and large and the bathroom also large and comfortable. Parking the car in the street in front succeeded most of the times. Breakfast is good and is available at the desired time. La Orotava is a small town but there is a range of restaurants, and some typical buildings. It is also a good starting point for excursions.
