Clean and tidy, Great location, Good breakfast, Great staff who helped us with our Spanish, Pet friendly, Comfortable beds, close to a local park and restaurants and very quiet.
The included breakfast was nice, the parking was free and secured (for us this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) and there were always parking spots available.
The room was really clean and comfortable, it was also quiet, so we managed to sleep well.The mini fridge in the room was working great. There were also a safe, a kettle, an iron and an ironing board in the room.
This is a hotel in the outskirts of Madrid, not far from Barajas. I chose it because I needed to stay outside the M30 with my car and had another hotel nearby the next day. Further, I absolutely needed a close parking slot to unload my heavy luggage. The hotel fulfilled all these criteria, was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, had a good shower, TV and mini fridge. The breakfast was included and was a good buffet. Big thanks to the super nice and helpful personnel for all tips in my first day in Madrid.
The hotel really tries to provide as much services as possible. Free parking, really nice buffet breakfast included, vending machines, reasonable room service, many extra helpful information for the guests. Very quiet in the rooms
It was modern and in an area of hotels around the airport catering mainly for transiting visitors. I would not recommend for longer stays in Madrid it is too far away from everything. It was large enough and furnished well. Towels and linen were clean and fresh and the bathroom sparkling. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. The shuttle was 9euros per room and well worth using. It was a very quiet good nights sleep Staff were welcoming at reception. Good value for money
Breakfast was adequate. The location was extremely convenient to my office and to public transport into Madrid. The room was clean and quiet. I got lucky with the weather: I didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning.
