Location. Just a short walk to the town centre, including the Plaza de Cervantes. Great atmosphere in the town during the weekend. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Compact, but nice. Friendly staff. The bedroom was a small single, not luxury, but very good value. My second time at this hotel. Booked again for July.
Aircon worked very well.
Easy access to old town-10 minute walk. Hotel nice and quiet except for 1 morning when we couldn't get into breakfast because of coach party. Otherwise good selection for breakfast. Easy parking on the street.
I really like the place. The location is great, very close to the city centre, very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need. Every week there was cleaning and towel change.
The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem, they were ready to advise. Breakfast was basic but nice with friendly service. The room facilities were older but everything worked. The old town is easy to get to from the place by bus easily. It is a very nice and quiet place, good even for a few days.
Everything was great. Landlord is very nice and understanding, the house is very peaceful and location is perfect, right in the center or a town and there is everything you need a few steps from the apartment. Furniture looks like it's new, the style is beautiful, there are multiple bathrooms and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Breakfast was good. Nice bread and choice of hot drinks. Fresh fruit and bread. Great staff service.
