Loved the location. Was so easy to get into the centre but was nice to be just enough out of it that it was more green and peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised that we got really good and quiet nights sleep with the windows cracked open over a weekend in May. Was also fab to have a fan in the room. Also the Italian restaurant next door was amazing.

Can only recommend it. Smart lock, modern style, cozy bed, luxurious kitchen set, clean and fancy bathroom (even Rituals shower gel :D). Love the big window cus I could walk out and chill in the yard. Quiet at night. Easily walk to the bus stop.

Its a really nice hotel. Quiet and peaceful place in front of the museum, near you have a small supermarket, metro, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious

We had a wonderful time at Stadtvilla. The house was big and warm (underfloor heating feels so luxurious!), the kitchen well stocked with equipment, and the surroundings peaceful and quiet. A great find in Berlin. We only met the host once and found him incredibly nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for longer stays in the city.

Beautiful studio room with balcony, comfortable bed, kitchenette and sofa. Very quiet and peaceful, the hotel had a luxurious and quiet atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.
