Simple set up but clean and quiet. Bed and sheets very comfy. Good size room. Good soundproofing so had two peaceful nights there. Breakfast had a good enough options. Happy to come back if I am around.

The location was great and central; at the same time, I had windows in the inner garden, and it was peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

In a lovely, quiet but easily accessible area, within easy walking distance of Museum Island, the location is great. Just a few minutes from an U-Bahn stop it’s so peaceful, with our window open at night all we could hear were the birds on the morning. There’s little in the way of bars or restaurants around, but it’s easy to get to Central or East Berlin on the underground.

We had a wonderful time at Stadtvilla. The house was big and warm (underfloor heating feels so luxurious!), the kitchen well stocked with equipment, and the surroundings peaceful and quiet. A great find in Berlin. We only met the host once and found him incredibly nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for longer stays in the city.
