    I liked the location very much. In the historical centre. Close to the beach promenade , 5 -10 minutes walk. Peaceful and quiet. Very good thing is the fact that at the rooftop you can use washing machine and dry your clothes also since there is no self-service laundromat in Limassol. Apartment was clean and decent looking. We just needed a place to sleep over since we spent all day outside enjoying beautiful Limassol. The bed was comfortable.

    The staff were lovely. They are certainly a strength of the hotel.. Decor is warm and cosy . It was off season so the hotel wa quiet and calm. Beds were comfy and bathroom had a huge bath. We had a peaceful relaxing one night stay. Indoor swimming pool was pretty. Overall I think it was value for money and we would think about staying again.

    Very quiet, super clean, in a beautiful area of Limassol. There's a spacious terrace and the whole place is really peaceful. The apartment is close to some really lovely beaches which are next to the Four Seasons Hotel. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's close to everything nevertheless a car is strongly recommended.

    Niki's House is beautifully renovated and our room was sparkling clean. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was great. Free parking was available a 1-minute walk from the property, and it's very easy to reach any part of Limassol by car. The property itself is located in the heart of the old part of Agios Athanasios, and it was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Great value for money!

    Beautiful studio apartment in a quiet and peaceful location with fabulous views. Very clean and a lovely host. There was plenty of hot water and the heater worked (not always the case in Cyprus as we have found in previous years at different locations).
