The property is in a quiet, calm neighborhood but close enough to walk to the main part of town. The apartments themselves are basic, but have everything you need for a short stay. The woman working at reception was friendly and kind, especially upon checkout when we realized that the car battery had died. She helped us to find someone to jump the car.
We were really happy with our stay, the bed was big and comfortable, good quiet location with on street parking and walkable distance into the main area of town. Staff were friendly and although we didn’t eat breakfast it looked good from afar. We also enjoyed the bath!
Property is in a great location which I a five minute walk to the Main Street. It is on a quiet side street.

The property is modern and spacious and extremely comfortable. And on top of that it is located in the absolute centre of San Martín next to lots of cafes and restaurantes and less than 5 mins from the beach and yet it is super quiet.
The hosts were also very communicative and helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay.
A fantastic place
Perfect place to rest during the trip. The apartment has comfortable beds, is very clean and quiet during the night. The shower is excellent and there is a great host to receive you. I will come back.

This was our favourite accommodation in all of Argentina. Our room and bathroom were both clean, big, bright and airy - very different from many other hostels/hotels. The location was excellent - a short walk to the centre but peaceful and quiet. but the best of all was the manager Javier, who really went above and beyond for us. I left some clothes in the wardrobe and he went to a lot of trouble to post them to our accommodation in Buenos Aires, taking no payment for his kindness. He deserves a pay rise!
