The owner and his helper did respond quickly to all of our questions and requests. And we're very apologetic.
Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. I got a room when I arrived at 9 am even though check-in is not until 3 pm. The micro room doesn't have a view but is spacious and quiet. You share the bathroom with just one other room so there's no queue. You can order drinks and food at the pool bar. There's music but it's not too loud. The shared kitchen is clean.
Luxury type of hostel, with very nice bar and outside area. Live music almost every night and great atmosphere.
