The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. Though there was only one staff seen working in the villa, she was working efficiently and friendly. Swimming pool is clean but shower is not working. This is the hotel recommended for family travellers.

Everything was really nice, great location, very good restaurant, clean, beautiful and very friendly and helpful owners/staff.

The owner was always very friendly and helpful day and night. I can recommend anyone to book here. The villa is friendly with pool grill and everything that goes with it. The complex consisting of several villas and houses is guarded 24 hours a day by sequrity at the entrance of the street which gives you an additional feeling of security. Highly recommended for friends and family trips.
