We loved our stay at the cottage, peaceful and very well appointed. it had everything we needed including a lovely bottle of wine to have at dinner. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and reading. The barbecue worked like a charm. There was easy access to the bike path. We appreciated having the bikes available and an assortment of sizes. We highly recommend staying here. It would be perfect for a family reunion as there are 4 cottages. We left the morning of the cyclone and feel devastated that this area was so severely affected by the weather event.

Your hosts can arrange restaurant and tour bookings for you. They left breakast fixings for us in our room. Very nice touch . Large lawn in front of the cottage that my grandchildren were in. They loved playing on it. They had a first aid kit in the bathroom. The outside looked older but the inside was completely modern, Clean. They sent me an email afterwards saying thank you for leaving the cottage so tidy.

My host was extremely helpful, and the unit was clean, very comfortable, and most suitable for my four day visit playing golf around Napier. With a kitchenette and BBQ I was able to prepare and cook my own food during my stay which was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this locale for single or couple travellers.

It felt like a home away from home. So big and spacious. So warm. So homely. Beautiful view of the ocean. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Christine was absolutely fantastic, very responsive and kind, and was flexible in allowing us to check in slightly earlier after our long trip from Taranaki. Couldn't help but jump in that amazing bath straight away for a soak! Everything about this place was absolute perfection and it suited me and my large family so well. We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later! Thanks so so much! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 It made our stay so enjoyable!
