Lovely beach opposite, nice sauna. The location was nice as only a short walk into town so far enough away to not be loud.
Well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay, clean and comfortable. Excellent location with lots nearby and easy access to island bus routes including to and from the airport.
Very well kept , the deco was beautiful, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the quality of furniture was very good (beds very comfortable). The launch and restaurant was very cozy and welcoming. The hotel is right in front of the harbour and we could walk along it. Some really good restaurants near.
The property was in a great location and easily got to with a bus stop outside. Food was excellent and great value. The hotel was warm & cosy, beds were comfortable, decent smart TV. Plenty of tea & coffee supplies in the room, and towels (on a heated towel rail). Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was superb. There is a little shop across the road which is handy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location (close to walk into town or the sea front) and free parking (you have to pay for a lot of parking in jersey). Excellent breakfast - an amazing choice from the buffet and possible to order some a la carte options too. Gluten free catered for and all allergens clearly labelled on everything. Thoughtful touches like complimentary apples, cookies and sweets in the foyer. Nice little swimming pool with steam and sauna plus gym.
Breakfast was good but repetitive, I used pool and sauna which were clean and tidy. Location is excellent with lovely views and only a short walk into town
One bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The staff, Amanda and Fanny, were very friendly and helpful. Five minute walk to the town centre and the bus station. Would definitely stay here again.
Location was great, had a lovely breakfast, and food at the hotel and the pool and sauna facilities are good.

the hotel has the most beautiful decor, such a cosy place the lounge has a lit fireplace, which made it feel so warm. the staff are great, so helpful and efficient. I loved the Robertos restaurant the 3 course meal is worth trying. Savoy is great at organising jazz and other band nights, highly popular across Jersey. the room was really comfortable, big bathroom with windows, just needed to be thoroughly cleaned.
