There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The hosts were the loveliest and very helpful. We rented out two houses in the lot and they were newly renovated, well furnished with quality equipment, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden space is also included in the rental and even with for each house its dedicated space, we had massive room to hangout outside. The kitchens are also brand new and our chef à domicile had no problem cooking for 10 in the allocated space. My friends and I had a wonderful time there and we will definitely be back.

It's not far to drive to a supermarket and St Aignan which has bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, for the SOE 80 th memorial at Valencay, charming and very helpful hosts, the cottage is beautifully appointed with everything that you need, very comfortable beds, impeccably clean.

Old-style country house with spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable upper floor rooms. Exceptionally pleasant host and his dog. Nice breakfast with pancakes. Good wifi, private parking, nice countryside views all around.
The only regret is that we didn't spend more time in this beautiful cottage. You get a true feeling of reunion with nature. The location is wonderful. Especially, since you have a 10-minute walk to the zoo. Also, all the facilities, that you can imagine, we found in the house. We are grateful for this charming experience.
Chantal’s property is incredibly charming. We felt very connected to the history of the place. But despite being an historic building, it’s been fit out to a very high and modern standard. The property is in the middle of the countryside and from its garden you can see the beautiful views of the valley. The nearest town, Chinon, is a beautiful historic town and it’s only 10 minutes drive from the studio. Chantal herself was the perfect host and she made us feel at home during our stay. We would love to go back soon!

Wonderful hotel! Excellent , friendly staff. There was a mixup w our reservation , & staff corrected it right away. Very professional. Location is perfect for walking in town, & there’s parking onsite. Hotel has a cozy lounge w fireplace & bar. Our group of 5 people played cards there, very nice. Comfortable rooms & great shower. Very good breakfast.
Lovely hotel in the grounds of the Chateau. Tastefully decorated and very clean. A lovely cosy fire in the reception area awaited our arrival. A few individual shops and cafes just outside the hotel were a nice surprise. We bought tickets for the Chateau at the hotel reception. Beautiful views of the Chateau ........... romantic in the dining room in the evening. Parking - outside the hotel. Segregated from the Chateau parking with barriers. Lovely breakfast.
We had two different cabins (Cottage with Garden View and Family Bungalow); both were very pleasant and comfortable, having charm of wood and clean, modern aesthetic at the same time. Nice, calm area, far from the noise of the towns, but just a car trip to Chaumont, Blois and Chambord castles. One of the best breakfasts we had on our journey; healthy and varied; plenty of local and freshly made stuff. Very helpful owners. They will move your luggage with a golf-cart whenever needed. Would be very happy to stay there again.
A charming little cabin in the countryside near to Azay le Rideau, comfortable and well equipped. An unexpected bonus in the heatwave we experienced while there was the airconditioning. Amazing!
