The jacuzzi had hot water available so we were still able to use if even though the weather was not perfect. We're also happy that we could travel with our dog without any issues.

The hotel has a peaceful setting in the village of Navalonguilla. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. We (two married couples) stayed at Remanso for two nights in April. Everything about our stay at the location was delightful. The views from the rooms and terrace are breathtaking and the whole atmosphere is utterly peaceful. There are nice paved walking paths that go up into the mountains and around the village that provided peaceful and relaxing recreation. The staff catered to our every need with a smile. We ate three meals each day at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed a great variety of traditional regional dishes and soups. They served me the best steak I ate in Spain. (Fantastic!) The lake trout was also exceptional. My wife really enjoyed the sopa castellana. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower always had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

Three good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Beautiful garden and several spots to sit outside, depending on the direction of the sun. Surrounded by fig trees, orange trees, tangerine tres and olive trees; Beautiful view of the town and the valley. Cosy fireplace inside. It is 5 minutes outside the village so easy to get to on the one hand for shopping and restaurants. On the other, it is remote enough for full privacy. It is close to some good trails for hiking.
