Each room comes with a balcony, a king-size bed, TV and private bathroom. An absolute gem! Beautiful inside & out, views over the coast & the town, a relaxing place to stay, & only a short walk to the town. Breakfast was the best !! We only had a 1 night stopover but would love to go back & spend more time

The hosts, Terri and Robert, were fantastic. We asked for their advice on things to do and they set us up for a great 3 night stay with wineries and meals to die for. The newly renovated space has old world charm with all of the modern conveniences. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Laguardia.

The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel is located right next to the road but it was very quiet (our room faced the backyard). The common dining area was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Our host Sarai received us warmly. We are very grateful to Sarai for giving us good advice on visiting Gaztelugatxeko Doniene and other cities in the Basque region. We had a great stay.

It was a very cozy and charming Place in the middle of the nice City, with a very friendly host.
Very well appointed suite with a communal kitchen. It is super cozy and has all you could want for to have a comfortable stay. The location was great; in a quiet area yet in walking distance to the main parts of towm. Romy and Jesus are charming hosts who go above and beyond expectations to ensure you have a wonderful stay. My flight had to turn back due to weather problems and Romy so kindly helped me to find another flight. Her kind and gentle helpfulness was a real Godsend. I cannot thank her and Jesus enough for their care and attention.
Very welcoming hosts and great Sauna :) The room was very cozy and they made me a nice dinner and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Cosy and charming room, they make the best of the small place
This hotel is absolutely charming. The building is a beautiful old former house tastefully restored and converted to a hotel. Located right on the small town square with two restaurant/bars in close proximity. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcomed at the hotel which for me is most important.
If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.
