Amazing location at the end of the road, so peaceful. Comfy bed with mosquito net provided, extremely friendly hosts, only 3 rooms so max 6 people staying there which makes it that bit more friendly and personal. Surrounded by nature. Shop and restaurants maybe 15 mins walk away on the main road with the option to eat at Ofelia too. Just perfect!

We loved our stay here. Very clean room and room service was very fast and the food was delicious. Deymer the manager was very accommodating. I had left my passport in my room after I left for Santa Marta and he organised a taxi to drop it to my new hostel. Excellent stay at Buricata Hostel and I would definitely recommend. Also, free coffee!

Nice location, idyllic place. Facilities in the bungalow are perfect and cleaniness was good. The hike is doable, I hiked from el zaino entrance, which was 4,5 hours. The road to the campsite is a climb, but roads were all very clear, it was not that heavy as I was expecting after reading other reviews, but this was not my first hike.
Beautiful cabins surrounded by nature. Very peaceful and quiet. Cabins very comfy with very good AC.
Very idyllic place, right on the beach. With hammocks right outside the hut. The food was nice but a bit pricey (in line with the rest of the prices in the park though).

Views from remote cabins are stunning and nearby jungle is pristine. Owners are looooooovely and their cuisine healthy and inventive. It is hard to leave this peaceful hidden heaven...
Cabins in a beautiful situation in the National Park. Friendly and warm contact with the family running the hostal. Good breakfast and dinner (fresh fish). At sunset you can hear the monkeys howl in the jungle.
Such a beautiful location, waking up to views of the mountains and streams is something i will never forget. The pool and the view from it was unbelievable! My little bungalow was cosy and perfect for me, loved laying on the hammock listening to the birds. However, it’s very much open air and some wildlife will join you in the hut at night (bats, birds and a very friendly cat that slept on my bed) if this bothers you maybe don’t book.
