Everything about the room, room service, toiletries, and attention to customer need was really impressive. We got a free birthday cake from the hotel just bcos it was the same lodge date. That was a thoughtful thing to do 😅😇
1. Polite friendly staff. 2. Spacious hotel. Well decorated interior. 3. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and children's room. 4. The bed in the room " King Suite" is wide and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 preschool children. 5. Good selection of food in the hotel restaurant. 6. The beach is well equipped: there are changing cabins, showers, toilets, sun loungers with umbrellas, and towels are available on request.
1. courteous and attentive staff. 2. beach in front of the hotel. 3. the gym is small but well equipped. 4. tasty meals at the buffet. 5. small sauna and steam bath available. We enjoyed. 6. interior swimming pool is not big but pretty good. 7. spa services in “ The Experience Spa” are very good.
The rooms were pretty good also the main show stealer was the food .They had a huge variety of cuisines.Best served were the Kebabs .It had good choices also the desserts were exceptionally good. For relaxation they had Private beach plus the hotel has a good gym, steam and sauna. a very good stay for couples and family both.. Surely a must visit destination

Excellent SPA, don't miss out the Sauna & Steam, Attendant Cristina was very helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection. The Valet team was very helpful and very quick. At Reservation Mr Hamid was very helpful and professional.
Wellness sauna area. Staff very friendly and helpful.. amiera , karan ,Faig 👍. Not only top worker they also give you some Tips around Ajman Area . Soft all included Excellent except theres no alkohol in this Hotel… The Beach perfect for swimming and Life Guard are always active for their Job , en they do cleaning the beach too very helpfull also.. we enjoy our stayed , hope to be back soon…
Love the staff, Honey In reception, she is really helpful and charming despite the rush. Jun, lifeguard in pool is helpful and energetic, as he offer us chair without asking. Nabin in housekeeping was helpful as well. Location is great with private beach access, breakfast has lots of variety.
Superb staff and facilities. Loved the kids club and the cosy feel of the whole hotel.
