The staff was friendly and welcoming, Lodge clean, neat and fresh linen.

The breakfast was nice, my daughter enjoyed it and I can tell Ausi Linda made it with love. I love everything about this lodge, the reception lady is so friendly..
I can't be afraid to refer someone at palm lodge it's a very quite place I ever visited and clean please don't change service instead you can add I am happy with palm lodge
Beautiful lodge, rooms are decorated beautifully and clean. Appreciated the staff for waiting for us until late at night and had to wake up early to open for us as we had an event to attend. All in all, a solid 10!
Property is cute. Gardens well kept and cabins are cosy. Food was ok. Outdoor shower was amazing. The staff were great, they made it bearable. The zebras were the highlight of my weekend. Nice weekend getaway but there are areas of improvement. Breakfast was good except for the juice.
Very friendly manager and staff who go out of their way to help. Nice cottages. Lovely lodge atmosphere. Really feel that you are away from it all despite only being 1.5 hrs from Johannesburg. Comfortable accommodation. Beautiful pool area.
