The property was very spacious and had a lovely outlook onto the sea. Kitchen was well equipped. It was in a very quiet area. Was not far to walk to the start of the cliff path which was a beautiful walk into town.

Staying at Hemel 'n Aarde Stud farm was an amazing experience. The cabin was super cosy and had the perfect mixture of rustic charm and modern comfort. Waking up to views of the fields and horses was incredible, and we loved taking walks around the property. What a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!
Eastcliff Cottage is a very cosy and quiet place with a friendly host. You only have to turn around the corner and cross the street and there you are in the vivid centre of Hermanus with shops, restaurants and the stunning cliff path.
Welcoming and modern cozy cottage. It was neat and tidy. The cottage has all the daily essentials that we needed. Best part about the cottage was the outdoor hot tub and the indoor fire place.
The cottage has a inverter which was fantastic to keep a light on the WiFi going.
I was happy that we had safe and secure parking behind a gate. Shops and restaurants are not far away from the cottage.
We didn't want to leave, we enjoyed every moment of being there. Felt like a home away from home.
The Protea cottage is a spacious self catering cottage, well equipped, friendly and helpful hosts. Notwithstanding the cold weather, it was cosy and warm (heater and electric blankets) and included a few special touches. Beautiful views of the mountain and sea and situated in a peaceful area. Hermanus offers numerous hikes and various activities. Worthwhile destination and the Protea cottage can be strongly recommended.
Lovely cottage. Beautiful little bedrooms. Lots of amenities and appliances in the kitchen. Annelie was very friendly and helpful. Warm inside, we were cosy with the cold weather in winter. We enjoyed having the canoes available to use.
Lovely cottage, Well located, near beaches. the Log burning fireplace was great (and needed on the chilly evening). Very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine.

The lodge in itself is a beautiful house. the pool area, breakfast room and lounge in the main building are all very cosy and inviting.
The idea of the honesty bar is lovely: there’s a selection of wines and drinks to help yourself and keep a tab. perfect to enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace after a windy day outside.
