To Sandy, Please pay attention to the following.
1) It was not mentioned in the listing when we booked our reservation on Bookings.com that an additional R2,500 would need to be paid for the lodging. We never would have reserved the lodging if we had realized this before making the reservation, but it was too late to change our minds.
2) The owner and the temporary tenants have not signed a contract.
3) The R2,000 was paid as a breakage fee (you claim that we burned a plastic plate and shattered one glass), but when your cleaner arrived, there were no dishes on the sink since we were too uncomfortable to use any of your supplies.
4) You informed us that there was an alternative—that is, not having to pay the R500 Security fee. The free option would have been selected by everyone. However, you are the one who need to have safeguarded your company by keeping that alternative from us. You were well aware of the repercussions, so we are not responsible for any fine you received from the board.
5) Upon receiving a noise complaint from security, we promptly turned off the lights and went to sleep after receiving only one warning.
6) For what is worth, we are only responsible for the R500 security deposit and the glass you say we broke—although we are positive we didn't because we were hesitant to use any of your provided materials.
7) The sum that is owed to us is R1,500. My banking information is provided below.

Everything, The apartment is very cute & cosy . Security is very tight , location is very good . They have all equipment for a self catering. Absolutely loved the first aid kit they have for emergencies, it’s a very nice gesture. The owner kept on checking if we are still okay all the time .

Was self catering clean well equipped easy access and safe value for money good for business stay friendly neighbours but for a romantic getaway I would choose another location but was brilliant as I wasn't on a romantic trip
The place is very clean. Very friendly staff. You can help yourself to a cup of fresh coffee throughout the day at the reception. Quiet and peaceful sorroundings. Loved the French theme and beautiful French furniture on the patios. The highlight for my kids was the breakfast and the proximity of the beach. We stayed in the self catering cottage.
The look and feel of the place soon as you enter is amazing, the owner Tracy is amazing and made sure everything was great. the atmosphere is very cozy and i will definitely return very soon. Perfect for a couple weekend getaway. This cottage is simply a hidden gem in the forest.
Self catering spacious unit was great. Loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms as we stayed in the Captains cabin. The view was awesome. The kitchen was adequately equipped served our needs. Stove and fridge worked. Not being troubled or bothered by owners was great. Was left alone to enjoy the stay. Will definitely be back.
