Big yard and has great blocking from high winds. Hot tub is aged jets aren't strong some don't even work but hot tub works. Huge kitchen and ample living space for people to hangout with dogs roaming around even tho not allowed upstairs. Supply of all necessities was surprising, they had ample towels stocked, all paper necessity like toilet paper etc. Pretty much only need to pack clothes, beach stuff, food and sleeping stuff even tho is provided but if wanted bring your own (blankets pillows etc). Everything else is provided here including access to vacuum cleaner, plenty of pans plates glasses etc.
