Hi I cancelled this accommodation as when we arrived it’s is note what it appears Booking.Com should remove it immediately it is not safe nor suitable. The hut is not a villa is nothing like the photo or the description. It is made to look like a resort where in fact it was a building site and too far out to be safe for two women to walk back. The hut itself was far too hot even with the aircon it was unbearable. The stairs were unsafe for guests no hand rails (imagine getting up in middle of the night! . We have taking video to show bookings.com but are yet to receive a refund! The lights kept going out, really not suitable and especially for the price which is what we have paid for a resort to include breakfast and a pool! Just don’t book it other sites have removed and for good reason! This property should not be on A site like Bookings.com and I will be looking for a refund.

Bungalow was cosy and clean. Good bed, good air-con. Hotel is so close of everything but still so quiet. Breakfast is small buffet, eggs, thai food, sausages, ham, vegetables, fruits, juice, cereals, coffee, different sweet buns and toast. Enuff for us. The pool is big and cooled a little bit.

The staff was very friendly, and food at the restaurant associated with the hut was very good. The hut was small and cosy, with enough space to put out belongings. Air-conditioning worked fine, and the place had many cats. Lana and Nuibay are very close, and we could reach them by foot. The part of the island is less crowded than the main port, the village around it is touristy but charming.

We searched for a place not far from the pier and the viewpoints but away from music and bars, and this was a good fit. The bungalows are small but cozy, with good bathroom. AC and fan were working okay. The place is very green, there are hammocks and tables near every room on the terrace. We booked a snorkeling trip and a ferry to Phuket here for a good price, can recommend using the service.

We only had one night on Phi Phi, so for our purposes it was fine. Basic, but with a functioning air-con and very charming bungalows. We were warned about keeping our windows open due to monkeys, but sadly didn't get to see any. Location is a bit away from the centre, but we didn't mind that at all. Easy 10 minute walk to the pier.

This place it my absolute favourite. It was perfectly located, far away from the busy Tonsai Bay, quiet and cosy. Bungalow was greately equipped, super clean. Staff was amazing -fantastic people. Breakfast very tasty, with variety of options. Restaurant/bar prices very reasonable. I would give it 5 starts if I could.

We recently stayed at this place for three nights. The property is located further away from the (party) beaches. The place is by no means any "resort", but it is still quite charming and our "Sweet Villa"/bungalow was clean, spacy and cozy.
