The villa is amazing, very clean. The house manager Patchalita was excellent, very friendly and could not have done more for us on our trip. She gave us reccomendations and organised transport for us daily. Lots of things quite close by, 15 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants

Great villas that were two rooms (living and bedroom). Super clean with daily housekeeping and new towels everyday. Staff are all very friendly. Pool was always clean and grounds well maintained.

Smaller, cozy and relatively well-equipped rooms. The staff was pleasant. Rooftop hot tub is a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is also not bad and you are relatively close to everywhere, be it to Kata beach or a little further to Kata Noi (probably the nicest freely accessible family beach in Phuket). Shops, restaurants and scooter rentals are nearby.
Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms fine ... In terms of the price-performance ratio, very good.
The Cosy bungalows were very spacious with loads of wardrobe and drawer space, very large bed and good en-suite. The room overlooked the large garden and pool which was very inviting with plenty of sun loungers.
