Small well equipped little vacation home in nice location, about 2.5km from Backaryd where there is a little ICA store and gas station and tourist information. Everything worked, actually worked well, including the heater which we needed since the weather was cool and damp the first couple of days. Very quiet and calm environment. The country road behind the house had very little traffic so it presented zero problems even for those of us who are very noise sensitive. Lake within 5 minutes walking distance had a small dock and tiny beach but was great for swimming. Owner was very friendly and very responsive to any additional needs and very easy going.

The location is great and provides all the ingredients for a nature based holiday. Apart from the regional highlights mentioned in other comments, it is also a suitable base for hiking, e.g. Blekingeleden. The double bed is indeed extra large (200 x 180) and the property has excellent mobile coverage, which allows use of the internet. The ‘stuga’ is cosy, well appointed and decorated and contains all facilities required for a relaxing and comfortable stay. In Tving you will find a well stocked mid-size supermarket, even featuring vegan ice cream.
