Beautifully renovated apartment in a characterful building. Host was very helpful (and spoke excellent English). Lovely gardens with lots of shade. We think the apartment is bigger than stated in the listing. Maybe the size given is for the bedroom - but there is also a separate kitchen/diner/sitting room.
