Staying in an old windmill can be truly fascinating. But unfortunately the experience has been negative. Nothing good, apart from the position and the exterior of the mill.

The place managed by Karen and Steffen is excatly this what we search and have found. They care about each detail, starting from arrival to Quinta and further to any aspect of the staying. The place is fantastic if you search calm, clean and probably one of the best view from Graciosa Island. There is everything inside the accommodation you could need, including privacy. There are available also bikes (free of charges) for your disposal. If we visit Graciosa again, for sure check if again could stay there. Thx a lot for all matters and talks. Natalia and Witek

The view at the front of the house is absolutely spectacular! We could see all 4 of the other islands within the central group of the Azores, amazing! With Sao Jorge and Faial in the foreground, Pico behind it with its volcano Pico that we could see and all the way to the left we could also see Terceira. No house in front of us, just green lush terrain.
The house seems to have been recently renovated and the interior is really beautiful and tastefully done. It is a spacious house, with separate kitchen and separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare our meals there for several days. The bed is situated in the beautiful spacious living room and is very comfortable, we slept great! The small coffee corner in the front room of the diningroom is a beautiful lookout post in any weather, but especially on a rainy day. In the large living room there is also a corner set up for yoga or gymnastics exercises, very nice! At the back of the house we saw also a BBQ, which we didn't use, but is a nice extra.

Rodrigo is a perfect host, he really took care about us. We received every morning fresh bread directly to door, he helped us even with car rental and also a car rental on Sao Jorge island! He has a great connections, if you travel around central part of the Azores :) The apartment was really nice, with a great view to the sea. I can only recommend it.

Rodrigo is a fantastic host! I loved Graciosa and the house. It's very clean, very well equipped, cosy and spacious. The view from the terrace is stunning! I hope I will come back to this wonderful island and Fontes Viewpoint will be available. Thank you for everything :-)
The location was easily accessed and on a quieter part of the island. Although still within a short walk of a supermarket and taxi stands. The grounds and views are incredible. The cottages are newly renovated and in excellent upkeep. The location receives ocean breezes and was very comfortable during the time of our stay. The arrangement of the cottages provides for ample privacy. Kitchen facilities and refrigerator are a plus. Our hosts were kind and made us feel welcome from the start, checked in on us while not being intrusive.
Perfect location, calm and spacious, meets all your needs. Close to the center and various natural swimming pools: the walk into town is charming and takes about 15 minutes. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We didn’t try the pool but the area was spacious and seemed comfortable.
Nice accommodation and Rodrigo was an incredibly attentive host, even arranging for a daily bread delivery. The property has a fantastic terrace, which gives you great views over the surrounding countryside. If you have a car, this is a great place to base yourself while you explore Graciosa.
A most beautiful, cosy, and authentic place to stay at when visiting Graciosa. This is a little azorean house, perfectly located in the heart of the island, in a calm rural neighbourhood, just 10 minutes drive from the airport. The fruit garden (quinta) is just marvellous, with all the fruits and flowers and the view from its top over the surrounding fields and villages.
The host is very welcoming, and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Beautiful over a century old house beautifully restored.
Has many antique furniture pieces. Very comfortable house with high ceilings, very bright with excellent view of ocean, and a short walk to center of town.
