Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Absolutely amazing experience. Top class rural hotel in a bucolic countryside landscape that takes the most out of the amazing soroundings.
The hotel itself is a wonderful and beautiful recovery of traditional homes of that part of the country and a mill.
The gardens, decoration everything was thought to the smallest details.
The services were exceptional, superb breakfast and the owner Ms Aida and her son Mr Hugo were exceptional hosts. Absolutely recommended!!
Marvelous riverside location, a stones throw from the charming village centre. Airy, light and comfortable with green and parking. Staff was impeccable, friendly, forthcoming and caring.
We have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to book again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is very clean and well appointed, with spacious rooms. Our restaurant meal was tasty and cooked to perfection. The location is good and there is a lovely boardwalk alongside the river. We enjoyed the Turkish bath/steam room and sauna too. All in all a fabulous hotel - well worth a visit.
Everything about this family run property was perfect. If you want a quiet retreat for a few days, resting, walking in the hills, swimming in their wonderful pool with magnificent views then this place is for you. Breakfast with their own home made produce was great. Very friendly and informative owners with on site secure parking. Oh ! and the huge bed in the spacious cabin was very comfortable too. If we are ever this way again we would definitely come back. Thanks for a great couple of days.
