Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Good customer service. They can organize tours around Banaue. They offer to pick you up at the bus station but I requested the driver to stop near the hotel.

My stay at Cristina's inn couldn't have been better. It's such a cozy place, and Cristina and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming, so I got a "home away from home" feeling from the first day. The location on the main village is perfect, right on the rice fields of Batad, and the view from there is just spectacular. There are good hiking options in the area, but it's also a great place to just chill and have some peaceful days :)

This is a fantastic place out in the middle of spectacular views. The family were so welcoming. It is wonderful to see people appreciating their culture and giving so much back. It is a window onto a preserved heritage. The museum and artifacts acquired over generations is amazing.
The owners and tour guides went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were amazing hosts. On my arrival they explained in detail all the tours on offer and gave me their best recommendations. I felt really safe here as a solo female traveller and nothing was too much for them. I ate breakfast and dinners here and enjoyed the company of the hosts and guides over a drink or two also.
The room was basic but perfect for two nights, it has views across the beautiful countryside.
Authentic homestay set in beautiful gardens with amazing view of the mountains. Claire, Butch and her family were so welcoming and friendly, they gave us a real insight into local life and organised all of our tours. The cottage we stayed in was clean and cosy and Claire made us delicious breakfasts and a traditional dinner. We couldn’t recommend more - we had a perfect stay !
We stayed here for a few days just after the “reopening” of Banaue.
The place is located in the most beautiful scenery and the pictures truly doesn’t do it justice - mountain views from the bedroom windows and lovely cottage vibe in the restaurant/common area.
The highlight was the amazing and helpful staff! We got excellent service as well as help and advice far beyond what you could expect. Truly great people!
