Offering city views, Rest Terraces Transient House is an accommodation situated in Baguio, 2.3 km from Burnham Park and 3.1 km from SM City Baguio.

First of all, the hosts are super kind and accommodating. They welcomed us graciously and allowed us to check-in right away since we arrived earlier than expected. What's striking is how tidy the whole house is. Each room are spacious and cozy and suitable for rest and relaxation. Kitchen is fully functional with electric stove, microwave oven, kettle and refrigerator allowing us to prepare our breakfast and light meals. The comfort room is clean with Japanese style toilet with bidet and the shower room has hot/cold water. Another pleasant surprise is the view from the balcony which is overlooking the city proper. Overall, our experience was super enjoyable. We definitely recommend this property

Very romantic, super styled privately owned condo unit. Quiet location with a beautiful evening view towards the city. Note: Almost everywhere you'll need a taxi to get around. This is normal. As we travel we usually book one or two nights and stay longer if there's no issues. However , it was unavailable. Otherwise , we would stay again.

Cozy, lots of space, great peaceful location (but be prepared to walk a bit on days without cabs) 10/10 would recommend to couples or even families of 3-5

The location is perfect with a nice view of pine tress all around. It sits on the side of the city where you truly can feel the essence of Baguio vacations- laid back country and close to nature. The staff is friendly and the amenities are one of the best. Our favorite is the jacuzzi. The decor of the hall is superb, justifying their name Log Cabin Safari.

The place itself is great. The heritage home turned into a boutique hotel is beautiful, rustic, and charming. The cafe/restaurant served great food. It is also conveniently located right in the heart of the city. Another bonus is the fact that it is pet friendly
