The location was on the top of mountain road. Unfortunately, the weather was poor and it was a tough road to drive in the mist and dark. If the sun had been out, it would have been brilliant.

Beautiful views with a spa and comfortable outside seating to enjoy afterwards
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
This is a really comfortable cottage with 2 bigger rooms & one single room, one shared bathroom, and deck out from the lounge with a lake view. Wooden floors. Double glazed so cosy even though it was winter.
2 heat pumps (lounge & hall) and we enjoyed the wood fire . We were a group of three friends & it was great - private & great for cooking meals. 10 mins drive to Rotorua.

The house was equipped with everything you needed in all areas of the home. The central heating plus the fireplace was amazing as it was really cold being right on the lakeside. The house was nice, warm & cozy the whole stay. Prestine location with an additional bonus of the spa looking over the lake. Easy communication with Kerry the host who was readily available for any questions I had about the home.
Darsh was very friendly and welcoming and checked in on us at breakfast to make everything was going great. The room was great and the pool, sauna and hot tubs were a great touch. All the staff at breakfast were so friendly and lovely to us. A great little spot for a weekend away!
This was our 2nd stay here as we were so happy with the lodge before.
We love the quiet location. It’s very relaxing being right on the lake. Even on very cold, frosty nights, it was extremely cozy.
It’s also lovely having the sauna there. The hosts Arun and Cheryl are very kind, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
Perfect little holiday cottage, walking distance from Rotorua centre.

It was just idyllic. Beautiful farm setting, and a gorgeous farm cottage. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Great kitchen set up. Space for 8 people to sleep for a larger group and would be amazing both summer and winter. Super cozy!
The cottage had a very homely feel, nice and cosy. The host exceeded our expectations with helping me behind the scenes for a romantic surprise setting for my spouse. Couldn’t ask for a better place in Rotorua !
The lodge is situated right on the shore of the lake, with a little private peer to bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings. What's more, there is a hot tub and a sauna on the peer, allowing for wonderful relaxation by the lakeside, especially in the evenings. The lodge itself is set up in a very cozy and warm way, making the overall stay very relaxing. Definitely worth the price.
The cabin was clean fresh and nice color coordination awesome hot pools, awesome location, my family have stayed here and referred the Cozy Cottage ill be back again to have a longer break
