Handy for what we needed. We didn’t do anything other than sleep in the property and have a shower so can’t really comment on more than that.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Absolutely loved Winemakers Cottage. It was a very special place for us as we got married there. It was the most perfect day in the middle of winter, the views were amazing and perfect for photos. The cottage was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and was easy to find. Definitely recommend.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Oneroa. Very peaceful! Location good. Quite central to the rest of Waiheke. And if you don’t have a car the bus drops you off a few steps away from the property. Buses fairly regular. Lovely to be overlooking a vineyard. A fabulous view out to Anzac Bay. Very cosy in mid winter. The cottage is double glazed and has a heat pump.
The location was peaceful with the most stunning view! We enjoyed the simple accommodation (cabin like) Bed was comfortable and it was perfect for a couple of nights away. The swimming pool was divine - we loved it.
The view is stunning especially when the wealth is good. Flower is everywhere starting from the front door. Every morning we embraced by the sunshine. We enjoyed our breakfast inside and outside sometimes together. Lighting the fireplace at night. What a pretty life it is.
