The owner/operator is friendly and personable. Nothing was a problem to her and the rural location is both private and peaceful. The unit was clean, well-equipped and comfortable and the price was very reasonable for the standard of accommodation.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Lovely cottage with everything to make for a comfortable stay. The deck and garden area were beautifully landscaped and you felt very relaxed, away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks to Alec & Liz for your hospitality.
The cottage was great value for money, in a good location, quiet neighbourhood, it allowed us convenient travel to Matakana, Omaha and Tawharanui, where we managed to go boggy boarding at this time of year and catch some great waves. The host was really friendly and was most helpful when we left our chromecast behind and posted it to us.
This property was in the perfect location for us with the wedding we were attending being just down the road at Bali Gardens. The cottage has its own outdoor area and everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. Great fish and chips up the road, a coffee in Omaha and Matakana Markets Saturday morning. Plus Allan and Vanessa saved the day with bringing over an iron for us to use! Highly reccommend The Cottage at 95a - excellent value and lovely hosts. : )
