This is an enjoyable place to stay. First of all it is just on the riverside, with a bar and tables facing the river (sunsets and morning fogs over the river are enough to choose this place). Second, it is built of bamboo and with thatched roofs. Third, it is very clean and well maintained (and the shower and toilet are far above what you would expect from a bamboo hut). All together it creates an exceptional place, with a positive vibe and fun atmosphere. It's also a short walking distance from the main street.

I give full mark for Bamby Chilling. My room have more than enough sockets and lighting. The fan is super powerful. The buff momo, masala tea, omlet is very yummy. The staff, brother and sister very hospitality, they know what tourists needs. Their arrangements are very reliable. Their big smile and very nice attitude bright up my days. I slept 2 nites very well with hot shower. No mosquito was found in this lodge and it's surrounding.

I enjoyed my time while staying in Tharu Lodge. The atmosphere of the place is chill and laid-back, the owners are helpful and great people. Bungalow style apartments which I liked a lot, simple but still decent.

Amazing location just in front the lake. The owner really did something amazing with the place : it's peaceful, really well arranged, and a great place to hang out or just read a book! The owner is super friendly and really cares about his guests having the best time at his lodge :-) Rooms built only with bamboos which makes the atmosphere really special and romantic!
