An excellent cabin. I stayed with a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) and there was ample space. The cabin is very well set up with great facilities, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and there are two separate living room areas. The location is perfect for skiing in the Trysil area, about a 10min drive (max). The host was brilliant and communicated well throughout the stay. I'd certainly recommend this cabin for groups and families.

I was delighted with the quality of cabin offered by The Trysil Hyttegrend camping and Hostel. I felt like at home and still thought that my stay shouls have lasted longer sitting in so cosy cabin.
Excellent location next to the slopes with a good ski room with lockers. The pool, sauna and hot tub was a great post-skiing bonus. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. The bar and lounge area had a nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent hosts, they will do their best to suite your needs. Cabins are very compact but there is everything that one might need. Beautiful view from cabin, beautiful surrounding. Clean and cosy.
The relevant issue that governs my marking is how the Cabin was described and issues that arose from the description and within the cabin. On the face of it, the cabin is photogenic, well kitted out (including a sauna) and spacious for a couple such as ourselves. The next section explains why we were unhappy
A lovely cabin, way out in the countryside. Great if you're travelling by car. It's about 4 miles to the nearest town. Beautiful paths by the river. It was completely snow bound when we visited, so very pretty, but difficult to get out and walk through the winter wonderland.
Super nice and helpful hosts! The cabin is cozy, warm (we stayed there with temperatures from 0°C to -30°C) and has everything you need to spend the week(end) on the slopes. The accommodation is 5 minutes away from the nearest ski lift. 5 minutes also to the bus stop to reach other skiing villages.
Great facilities, accomodation and location! Little cosy cabin in a winter wonderland, perfect for our ski trip with friends. We had the sauna one night which was lovely and the ski bus stops right outside with frequent times, it was really convenient. Evander was always very helpful, thank you!
It was like camping in winter with enough warmth in your cabin. Small but very cosy and everything was there in the kitchen. For a couple, you have to know that sleeping together is only possible in the bed below that is very small.
we didn't mind, as in the tent we also sleep close to each other. Location was maybe not closeby the centre, but a beautiful view was worth enough. Very practical to store all your luggage. Owner was very helpfull.
We stayed only one night, but we liked this place. The camping is on a green hill along a river, with mountainview.
The cabins are situated low (less eveningsun) and high (sun till late).
Our cabin was simple, but cosy and complete, with even an oven and microwave. The kitchen is small, but what you need is there.
In the surroundings are a lot of moose, if you are lucky you can spot them late in the evening.
